Hiya peeps my names Jaz and i've set up a group for Young Adults with MS (YAMS) as I felt there was no where for us younger people to go.

We're part of the Marjorie Collins Centre, in Chadwell Heath. So if you live In and around Redbridge why not come and join our FREE group.
